Average Auto Insurance Payout for Pain & Suffering?
I am look for a resource for auto insurance average payouts for Pain & Suffering vs. Auto Repair and Medical Bills. is there a database to review? Thank you for your response. The term was used by the insurance adjuster?
- Auto insurance will not pay for intangibles like "pay and suffering. " That is a legal lawsuit concept
- Automobile insurance only covers physical damages incurred. "Pain and suffering" is something for which you need to bring suit against the person responsible for same
- there is no "average" for pain and suffering. it is on a case by case and its NOT something everyone gets or is en led to
- Nope, there's no public database. And in pure no fault states, or optional no fault states, there IS no pain and suffering payout. There's no "average injury". There's no "average car". There's no "average damage". Sorry
