- Depending on what you want to end up doing, I'd heavily recommend either the CIC or CPCU, ARM, or similar coursework. Go to aicpcu.org to get a taste
- I would recommend training that is more specialized for your work like the Certified Insurance Data Manager CIDM or the ociate, Customer Service ACS. Then you could build up to the big boys like the CPCU. Depending on your insurance company they may offer to pay for such cl es or even give you bonuses for finishing. Hope this helps

It is good introductory information. In claims, you usually start with INS and then move onto AIC ociate in Claims. If you are wanting to eventually be an adjuster - these are the two to start out with
